You Don't Have to Have It Figured Out to Begin

Maybe you and your partner keep having the same fight, and neither of you knows how to stop. Maybe you're a woman who has held everything together for so long you've lost track of yourself. Maybe you're a parent watching your teenager pull away, and you don't know how to reach them anymore.

I'm Maribel Perry, a marriage and family therapist in Dallas. I work with couples, women, and families navigating the weight of real life — the broken trust, the distance, the quiet questions that don't have easy answers. I bring both clinical training and genuine human experience to every session. Whatever brought you here, you don't have to carry it alone.

What We Can Work Through Together

Couples facing infidelity, broken trust, or the painful question of whether to stay or go. Women navigating identity, life transitions, and the weight of carrying too much for too long. Teens and parents who have stopped hearing each other — and families ready to try a different way. Individuals dealing with anxiety, trauma, and the relationship patterns that quietly shape everything.

I also work with couples building their foundation through premarital counseling, and parents navigating the complexity of co-parenting.

All of it in English or Spanish, in person in Dallas or virtually across Texas.

You don't have to have it figured out to begin. You just have to show up — and I'll meet you there.

Wherever You Are in Life, You Don't Have to Stay Stuck

A couple who once felt close but now seem to speak different languages. An adult who is finally ready to face something they've carried quietly for far too long. A family trying to find their way back to each other after everything fell apart. A teenager navigating identity, pressure, and a world that moves too fast.

There's no single version of struggle — and there's no single version of healing either. And healing rarely looks like having it all figured out — it looks like one honest conversation at a time.

I know this not just as a therapist, but as someone who has lived inside the tension of two cultures, two languages, and the unspoken expectations that come with both. I understand what it means to carry things you were never given permission to talk about. And I know how much it matters to finally find a space where you don't have to translate yourself — where your background, your values, and your story are not just welcomed, but understood.
