Bilingual Couples & Family Therapy in Dallas — In Person & Virtual Across Texas

Maribel Perry bilingual couples therapist in Dallas Texas

The Hardest Part Is Usually Just Starting

Life gets heavy. Relationships get complicated. And somewhere in the middle of it all, you're just trying to hold it together. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, disconnection, trauma, or a relationship that feels like it's fraying — this is a space where you don't have to figure it out alone.

I'm Maribel Perry, a licensed marriage and family therapist in Dallas. I work in English and Spanish, and I bring my whole self — my training, my culture, my lived experience — to every session.

Thoughtful Therapy, Wherever You Are

Good therapy should feel like a real conversation — not a checklist. I show up to every session with genuine respect for who you are and where you're trying to go. We work together, at your pace, building on your strengths and keeping your goals at the center.

I work with clients across Texas via telehealth, so distance is never a barrier. In-person sessions are also available on Saturdays and Sunday afternoons in Dallas.

This is what I bring to every session...

I work with individuals, couples, and families ages 16 and up through anxiety, depression, trauma, and the relationship patterns that are hardest to break — infidelity and the long road back to trust, co-parenting that feels like an uphill battle, parent-child relationships that have grown distant or strained, childhood attachment wounds that quietly shape the way we love as adults, and the early foundations couples build through premarital counseling. All of it in English or Spanish, in person in Dallas or virtually across Texas.

Whether you're just beginning to name what you're feeling or you've been carrying it for years, this is a space built for exactly where you are.

You don't have to have it figured out to begin. You just have to show up — and I'll meet you there.

Life Looks Different at Every Stage — So Does Healing

A couple who once felt close but now seem to speak different languages. An adult who is finally ready to face something they've carried quietly for far too long. A family trying to find their way back to each other after everything fell apart. A teenager navigating identity, pressure, and a world that moves too fast

There's no single version of struggle — and there's no single version of healing either.

I know this not just as a therapist, but as someone who has lived inside the tension of two cultures, two languages, and the unspoken expectations that come with both. I understand what it means to carry things you were never given permission to talk about. And I know how much it matters to finally find a space where you don't have to translate yourself — where your background, your values, and your story are not just welcomed, but understood.
